These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and any purchase from Dovish by Destinee (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent/guardian) to purchase from this site.
2. Products & Intended Use
Our products are handcrafted body care items intended for external cosmetic use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
3. Ingredient Responsibility & Allergy Notice
You are responsible for reviewing the ingredient list and determining whether products are appropriate for you. Individual sensitivities vary. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a qualified professional.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, product availability, and packaging may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. If we cancel after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect addresses, theft after delivery, or missed delivery attempts. Please verify your shipping address before checkout.
7. Warm Weather / Melting Notice (Body Butters)
Body butters may soften or melt during shipping in warm temperatures. This does not affect product quality. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this risk. We are not responsible for melting-related texture changes.
8. Returns, Refunds & Chargebacks
All sales are subject to our Refund & Return Policy (posted on this site and incorporated by reference). You agree not to file a chargeback without contacting us first to attempt resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions and evidence submission to the payment processor.
9. Intellectual Property
All content (logos, designs, labels, photography, text, and product names) is owned by Dovish by Destinee and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dovish by Destinee shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from product use, misuse, or inability to use products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dovish by Destinee from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of products, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Dovish by Destinee products are handcrafted in small batches for cosmetic use.
External Use Only
All products are for external use only. Do not ingest. Avoid eyes and mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Patch Test
Perform a patch test before full use: apply a small amount to the inner arm and wait 24 hours. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Allergies & Sensitivities

3) REFUND & RETURN POLICY
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Due to hygiene and safety standards for body care products, all sales are final.
No Returns / No Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges of opened, used, or tampered products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the shipping box, shipping label, and damaged/incorrect items
If approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
• Replacement (when available), or
• Store credit, or
• Refund to original payment method
Missing Packages / Delivery Issues
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please check with neighbors/household members and contact the carrier first. We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery, but we will assist with filing a carrier claim when applicable.
Address Errors
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be subject to additional shipping costs to resend.

SHIPPING POLICY
Processing time is typically [1–3] business days (excluding weekends/holidays). During launches, sales, or pop-up weeks, processing times may be longer.
Shipping estimates shown at checkout are carrier estimates and not guaranteed.
Warm-weather note: body butters may soften or melt in transit. Texture changes do not affect quality.

All in-person purchases are final sale. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges from pop-up events. If an item is damaged at the time of purchase, please notify us immediately before leaving the booth so we can address it on-site.
