REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Due to hygiene and safety standards for body care products, all sales are final.

No Returns / No Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges of opened, used, or tampered products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the shipping box, shipping label, and damaged/incorrect items

If approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
• Replacement (when available), or
• Store credit, or
• Refund to original payment method

Missing Packages / Delivery Issues 

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please check with neighbors/household members and contact the carrier first. We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery, but we will assist with filing a carrier claim when applicable.

Address Errors

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be subject to additional shipping costs to resend. 

Returns, Refunds & Chargebacks

All sales are subject to our Refund & Return Policy (posted on this site and incorporated by reference). You agree not to file a chargeback without contacting us first to attempt resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions and evidence submission to the payment processor.
