Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect addresses, theft after delivery, or missed delivery attempts. Please verify your shipping address before checkout. 

7. Warm Weather / Melting Notice (Body Butters)

Body butters may soften or melt during shipping in warm temperatures. This does not affect product quality. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this risk. We are not responsible for melting-related texture changes.
